Meatloaf with egg is a delicious appetizer that your guests will enjoy if you manage to cook it well. There are several ways of preparing such a roll, and the best of them will be described below.

Necessary ingredients for the dish:

- meat (a mixture of chicken and pork) 1 kg,

- Hard cheese - 200 grams,

- onions - 2 large onions,

- greens (parsley, dill, leek),

- a mixture of white and black pepper,

- marjoram,

- vegetable oil,

- salt.

Carefully wash the meat under running water, cut into pieces and let it through the meat grinder. Finely chop the onion, scald it, let the water drain, put it in the ground meat. To taste, mince salt, pepper, add 1 kg of meat per 1 tablespoon of marjoram and mix everything thoroughly.

White stale bread without a peel (200 grams) is soaked in milk and let through a meat grinder, then mixed with minced meat. Minced hands whisk.

The composition of the dish includes:

- chicken breast - 1 kg (approximately 2 large breasts),

- sweet Bulgarian pepper: one piece of red and yellow,

- leek,

- onion,

- cheese of hard varieties - 250 grams,

- 2 chicken eggs,

- salt,

- pepper.

Chicken breast is separated from bone, cut along flat plates 2 cm wide and beat off with a wooden mallet. Do not use metal hammers to cut off meat, as they can tear the meat. Finished plates pepper and salt, folded with a slide.

We prepare the filling in a meatloaf with an egg. Boil the eggs and put them in cold water. After they cool, clean them from the shell and cut into small cubes.
