Means "Nikofleks" (cream) has analgesic, vasodilating, local irritating effect. The drug includes capsaicin, ethylene glycol salicylate, ethyl nicotinate.

The main mechanism of action of the drug is due to the distracting and irritating properties of capsaicin, as well as the stimulation of the formation and release of enkephalins and endorphins in the central nervous system. Weakening or suppression of soreness in the inflamed areas is accomplished by the interaction of stimulating and exciting impulses.

Glycosalicylate has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect.

Ethyl nicotinate has a resolving power, provokes a prolonged expansion of capillaries in the skin and subcutaneous fatty tissue.
