M. A. Bulgakov. Biography of a talented writer

If we conduct a poll among readers reading the topic "Favorite Russian writer", a significant part of the respondents will surely answer: "Mikhail Afanasyevich Bulgakov, of course." This person is associated, above all, with the talented work "Master and Margarita", which is not accidental: the genius of the novel is recognized today by the entire world community.

This is one of the best writers of the 20th century, who was born in 1891, on May 15. In addition to the boy himself, there were six children in the family. The early years of Bulgakov were held in Kiev, a city that he loved immensely and "entered" in many of his books.

In 1906, a young man entered the medical faculty. Studies were given to him excellently, so in 1916 he graduated from the university, having received the title of "Doctor with Honors."

Back in 1913 Mikhail Bulgakov got married. His first wife was Tatiana Lappa.

After graduating from the university, Bulgakov was sent to the South-Western Front as a doctor. In 1917, he was transferred to the hospital in the city of Vyazma. It is known that around this time he began to take morphine. First for medical purposes, and then because of the apparent dependence.

During the years of military service, the young writer's writing abilities began to appear as a doctor, although this matter had long attracted him. The result of being in different hospitals was the cycle "Notes of a Young Doctor". About his drug addiction, the young writer Bulgakov Mikhail said in his "Morphia".

Since 1921, he began collaborating with some literary magazines and newspapers. Two years later, Mikhail Afanasyevich joined the Writers' Union.

In 1925 he married again. Now on Lyubov Belozerskaya.

Bulgakov began to seriously engage in writing. Curiously, the play "Days of the Turbins" was praised by Stalin himself, although he noted that the work is anti-communist. Even less approval was met by Bulgakov from his colleagues, who, in the overwhelming majority, criticized his work.

As a result, by 1930, the writer's works practically ceased to be published and published. Among other things, Bulgakov began to try himself on the director's path. In the Moscow theaters, many performances were staged.

His most famous works were: "Dog Heart", "White Guard", "Fatal Eggs" and, of course, "Master and Margarita".

For the first time, the concept of "The Master and Margarita" in the writer arose in 1928. And only in 1939 he decided to implement it. However, he could not do this on his own, as his vision worsened day by day. The final version of the novel Bulgakov dictated to his third wife Elena, with whom they married in 1929. From the beginning of 1940, near his bed, his relatives and friends were constantly on duty.

March 10, 1940, there were reports that Mikhail Bulgakov had died. The biography of this man was vivid and ambiguous. And not only our compatriots, but also foreigners continue to read the masterpieces created by them.
