For today, among the high-rise buildings of St. Petersburg, the complex takes the second place, having conceded the business center "Leader-Tower", but among the residential objects it is confidently in the lead. Location

A wonderful place in the Nevsky district of the glorious city of St. Petersburg, right on the banks of the legendary Neva, was chosen by the developer for the construction of the "Prince Alexander Nevsky" LCD. The address near the object is easily memorable: Prospect Obukhovskoy Defense, building number 138. Nearby is located Fisherman Avenue, and literally at 770 meters is an important transport artery of the city of the Ring Road. A great advantage of the LCD is that from it 7-8 minutes by car to the round-the-clock cable-stayed bridge across the Neva. It is perfectly visible from the windows of the complex. The closest neighbors of the LCD are historical, but, unfortunately, now not very popular area Murzinka and several high-rise apartment buildings with 9 to 16 floors.

Infrastructure around

ZhK "Prince Alexander Nevsky" is built in a long-mastered and inhabited area. The nearest grocery store is located 50 m from the complex, the nearest kindergarten is 150 m, the next one is 200 m away. If we consider the direction towards the Ring Road, in 550 meters from the LCD there are sports complex "Obukhovets", a wedding salon, a polyclinic and a point of departure of buses to Finland.

Design of the complex

ZhK "Prince Alexander Nevsky" in St. Petersburg was the first residential skyscraper, ascended over buildings and became a dominant in the panorama of the city.
