Location

In a very picturesque and convenient place to live is the LCD "Forest Corner". The postal address at it such - street Opanasenko, a site № 5. Near there passes Leninsky prospectus. The complex was erected on the bank of the river Khimki, the channel of which in this area has so expanded that it looks like a wonderful little lake. Just behind it begins the forest park. Part of the greenery beautifully framing the complex, creating here a wonderful ecology and a lot of opportunities for its residents to not just admire the beauty of nature from the windows of apartments, but also make daily walks along shady alleys and paths. Near the complex there are other natural objects. Approximately 200 meters away is the Moscow Canal, and in 450 meters Khimki Forest Park begins. The nearest neighbors of the "Forest Corner" complex are: a sanatorium-preventorium, the "Streletskiy" LCD and "Dubrava" LCD, another LCD is built across the road, consisting of three skyscrapers. Also in the complex are single-storey houses of the private sector. The nearest industrial enterprises "Energomash" and "Fakel" are located from the "Forest Corner" in a few kilometers, and the ecology of the region is not affected.

Transport accessibility

While there is no unanimous opinion about the transport amenities for residents of LCD "Forest Corner". Khimki is a city, although located near Moscow, but because of frequent traffic jams it is not possible to get to many of its districts from the capital quickly. Large-scale construction of housing complexes, which was developed near the "Forest Corner", in the future can only aggravate the situation with transport. A good option for residents of this area is the railway station. Station "Khimki", which is about 1500 meters. The construction of a subway near the complex is not planned.

Infrastructure of the complex
