  4. After the water has cooled, put sugar and yeast.
  5. Leave to ferment in a warm place for 10 hours.
  6. After 10 hours strain the infusion through the cheesecloth and pour out on the bottles, after putting the raisins in them.
  7. Put the bottle in the refrigerator for 48 hours.

As a result, you got excellent bread kvass at home.
