Whether the crocheted socks will fit well depends on how well the heel is tied. Knitting with the knitting needles of the heel is considered by many to be an impossible task, but it is very easy. Just need to try a few options and choose your own.

Knitting with knitting needles heels with a bottom of three parts (straight heel)

Performing the upper part of the sock, you divided the typed loops equally into four parts (for example, they were collected only 60, on the needles it turns out to be 15). The heel knits on two spokes, the first and fourth (30 in total).

Knitting a straight heel consists of two main parts.

1. Execution of the wall . We knit the right side of the desired number of rows (their number should be less by 2 than the number of loops on working spokes). In our example there are 30, 28 rows are obtained.
2. Bottom part. Divide the heel loops evenly. In the case when their number is not a multiple of 3, the remainder is left on the middle part. In our work we get 10 x 10 x 10 loops.

Knitting with heels of heel socks

In the first row we knit people. Etc., the last one to be crossed with the neighboring loop of the left side. We turn the work (10 x 10 x 9).

In the second row we knit out. Etc., the last loop of the middle part is connected with the neighboring loop of the right side (9 x 10 x 9).

Next, we knit according to the example of the first and second rows until 10 loops of the middle part of the work remain.

It is necessary to type loops from the edge + 1 (15 on each side of the heel). Next, we put the second and third knitting needles into work and knit in circular rows.

After writing one row, we get 20 x 15 x 15 x 20 loops. For an ideal fit of the sock, it is necessary to tie in each even circular row one facial penultimate two loops of the first and first fourth knitting needles (broaching). Loosen the loops until you have the initial amount (60).

Knitting with heels of the heel of socks in shorter rows ("boomerang")

The distribution of loops occurs according to the previous principle. The heel-boomerang is shorter than the traditional, so for 2 cm before it is done, knit the facial smoothness on these spokes. Dividing the heel loops into 3 equal parts, knit in shorter rows. Work start from the outside to the middle.

In the first row we knit the loops. We turn the work.

In the second row we knit with the wrong loops. The first loop should be tied double. To do this, place the thread before work, insert the needle into the loop, which is removed to the working needle with the thread. Remember: the tighter the thread is tied, the less noticeable will be the hole. Next, we knit the row to the end with the wrong loops. We turn the work.

In the third row, after completing one double loop, we knit all the others with the facial smoothness, leaving the unbroken double. We turn the work.

In the fourth row, after completing one double loop, we knit all the others with the reverse side, leaving the double ones unbroken. We turn the work.

Repeat the third and fourth rows, until the spokes of the middle third of the heel remain on the spokes. Spray two circular rows in this way: the heel of the front surface, the loops of the second and third spokes - a pattern. Double hinges in the first row are knitted as one facial.

Further knitting of socks with knitting needles (heel-"boomerang") continues in shorter rows, but in the reverse order.

In the first row (faces.) Only the middle third of the hinges are knitted.

In the second row, the loops are sewn with the reverse side. The first loop is double knit. Next, we sew the series to the end with purl loops, including the last middle part. We turn the work.

In the third row we knit with the facial smoothness: double, then loops of the row (double we sew as one), one loop of the extreme part. We turn the work.

In the fourth row we knit by the reverse side: double, loop of the row (double we sew as one), one loop of the extreme part. We turn the work.

We repeat the third and fourth rows until we use all the loops of the outer parts. The last row will be purl, so in the first circular row once it is necessary to perform another double loop.

The knitting scheme of the heel of socks with spokes by the "boomerang" method excludes the wedge of lifting. Therefore, immediately after the heel part, the foot is knit.
