This recipe refers not to baking, but to snacks. Or even to the second course. After all, the cupcakes are to be cooked not meat, but meat! The combination of chicken with string beans is very tasty. And the form of submission is original and unusual. For one kilo of fillet, take half a glass of kefir, two tablespoons oat bran, half a pack of frozen beans, egg, salt and couscous for breading (you can replace breadcrumbs). Blanch the beans for a couple of minutes. Cut the fillet into small pieces (you can use a blender), add kefir, salt and spices to it, then egg and bran. Then put the boiled beans to the mixture and grind them all together again with a blender. Get a homogeneous mixture. From it you need to form cupcakes (inside you can put a boiled quail egg), roll in a couscous and place it in the molds. Bake for forty minutes.

Cranberries are an ideal ingredient for fragrant baking. The sour berry emphasizes the sweetness of the dough and will allow it not to be cloying. Mix one hundred grams of melted butter with an incomplete cup of milk. Add a whipped large egg and two hundred grams of brown sugar. Flour (240 grams) sift through the colander with the baking powder (for greater splendor you can sift several times). Mix it in the oily-egg mixture. Pickle. Wash and dried cranberries roll in flour (so that it is evenly distributed in the dough). Add to the rest of the ingredients. Very carefully, with a plastic spatula, stir - not to crush berries.
