After all, the father differed from his friends in a harmonious addition of the body, and the young bodybuilder wanted to become like him. "Observance of the regime, love for weights and strict discipline became the basis of my life as early as the preschool age," the athlete states.

At that time, the young man dreamed of a career as a football player, because most of the colleges had already sent invitations to study. So the future seemed serene. But after receiving the injury - the displacement of the vertebrae in the lumbar and cervical section, - the bodybuilder had to leave dreams of a footballer's career.

To eliminate the consequences of injury, Jeremy Buendia fully devotes himself to bodybuilding. And very quickly achieves excellent results. At the age of 17, the athlete enters the competition podium and wins an unqualified victory in the Contra Costa Championships 2010. Only now did Jeremy realize that bodybuilding is his destiny.

For the next three years the sportsman gives all his time to training and decides to move to a new category of bodybuilding "Mens Physicist", in which, he thought, he could fully realize himself and open all his potential. And as it turns out, this is the most correct decision that Jeremy Buendia could have taken. Training helped the athlete create the ideal body, and he was noticed very quickly in the environment of professionals.

Absolute success

In 2010-2014, the bodybuilder conquers world podiums, winning one brilliant victory after another. The year 2013 becomes a landmark, because it is at this time that the athlete wins the first place in the championship of the NPC Grand Prix, and together with him the Pro card and the entry into the league of IFBB professionals. Now Buendia can enter the podium of the "Mr. Olympia" competition. Is not this the dream of any bodybuilder? In 2013, Jeremy Buendia will try to break out into the leaders, but will only take second place. But next year, after numerous and persistent trainings, he recovers the first place from the equally strong opponent Sadik Hadzovich and receives the long-awaited title "Mr. Olympia". Already in the next 2015, Jeremy had to defend his title, and, despite the fact that the confrontation was not an easy one, he succeeded.

Currently, the athlete has signed a contract with the famous company Evogen Nutrition, owned by no less popular Haney Rambaud - the author of the famous technique FST-7. Also Jeremy is the coach and co-owner of the bodybuilding team called FitBody Fusion, which does not prevent him from preparing for the next performance, in which he will again defend his title "Mr. Olympia".
