  • lemon acid.

Dogwood wipe in puree, fill with sugar and pour four liters of water. Bring to a boil and simmer a bit. Heat the hot compote and add the citric acid. Allow the compote to steep for a couple of hours under the lid in the heat. After that, strain and you can drink.

It is necessary:

  • Two hundred grams of cornel;
  • Twenty-five grams of sugar;
  • Thirty grams of 20% cream;
  • Two hundred and fifty grams of water.

Rinse the fruits, rinse. Wipe in mashed potatoes. Pour the mash with water together with sugar. Cook over medium heat until cooked. Strain. Add the puree to the syrup and mix. Refrigerate. Together with the soup, serve chilled whipped cream and vanilla biscuits.
