The automatic box is installed in one version (6-speed), as for the "mechanics", it can be 5-step in combination with a gasoline engine and a 6-speed with a diesel engine. The latter unquestionably beats all records of economical driving (at a volume of 1.7 liters in a mixed cycle, the consumption does not exceed 5 liters per 100 km). The two-liter diesel is a bit more gluttonous (which is due not so much to the volume as to the automatic transmission, with which it is installed). The petrol version is only available in a two-liter version. Naturally, its consumption will be higher than that of diesel, so that Kia-Sportage can be considered not just a decent city car, but also a good option for out-of-town travel.
