How to write an exposition on the Russian language? How to write a condensed statement?

In principle, how to write a narrative is told in great detail to pupils in school, at lessons, before giving such an assignment. But not everyone understands the explanation from the first time. So we should talk about all the principles of writing a condensed statement in all its details.

The essence of the work

It starts with a definition. The presentation is, in fact, a written retelling of a certain text in one's own words. Now this is already called rewrite (and many schoolchildren, unfortunately, this word is closer). It is narrative, descriptive and judicious. In principle, the classification here is the same as in the case of writing. And the main essence of the work is to convey the meaning of the text, albeit in a shortened version. On the contrary, compressed texts are highly appreciated. But the main thing is that the essence of the original work does not change. And this is what many people are causing. Because of this problem, many people think: how to write a statement? 9th grade, 11th or 7th - wherever a student learns, this question may arise. Unfortunately, a considerable number of schoolchildren suffer inattention and poor memory. They may not catch some important details, the presence of which is necessary in the text. Or, even worse, do not understand the meaning of the work in principle. But it's all not scary: with every problem you can cope with, and writing the statement will cease to seem like something complicated.

How to write a narrative narrative?

This type of work is also called story narration. And it is considered to be the simplest. Because the text is used as a basis for exposition, which tells about some events, about cities, countries or about the life of a certain person. Maybe about a particular kind of activity. For example, as a dictated text, the teacher has the right to choose a story about the profession of an engineer. Or the history of Moscow, Sevastopol, Munich, Rome, and indeed any city.

So, the first thing you need to learn any schoolboy - while listening to the text you need to be maximally focused. And while the teacher reads the work, the student must determine his character. The text can be either purely informative or artistic. Accordingly, the given style and will need to follow when writing your retelling.

The second is to remember the events. What happened, where, under what circumstances, why - all this in the text has answers. And it is necessary during listening, in the mind, to substitute these questions for the work being read out. So much easier to digest the text. In addition, it turns out to build a sequence in your head, a chain, which the student will follow when writing the retelling.

Common Mistakes

Many schoolchildren, thinking about how to write a narrative, are actually thinking a little about something else. To be more exact, about how not to make a mistake. And right. Because mistakes are made by many.

One of the most common is the following: a student clings to a single memorable fact from the text he has sounded and tries, as they say, to fan his retelling from this. And while he is concentrating, everything else that is remembered slowly dissolves in memory. It's better to do this: make sketches in the form of a plan, in which there will be the main keywords or phrases, after which the student will then quietly restore the entire text.

Another mistake is that many people, sketching out the plan, try to immediately impart a text of artistry, inscribing beautiful speech phrases, quotations, etc. It can be postponed until later - it is better to write out the names of the characters in action, dates, exact names of places of action and other important Nuances. It will be more practical.

Description

Now - a couple of words on how to write a narrative description. Most of this type of work seems most difficult. And in principle, you can understand why. Because in the descriptive text there is a huge amount of detail. If the students have to retell the portrait essay, then they need to remember almost everything: the color of the protagonist's eyes, their squint, the shade of the hair, and also what they are - curly, straight or, maybe, slightly curly? A mole on the right cheek, a scar that adds originality and mystery, a proud posture, a thoughtful look - these authors like to "pour" the authors of such texts. And all this is to be told in his presentation to the student.

And how to write an account of the Russian language of this nature? Many advise in the course of reading the text to imagine in their minds a portrait (landscape, situation, depending on what will be in the center of the plot), and then describe it in retelling. A kind of visualization, you can say.

By the way, sometimes his pupil can benefit from his erudition. For example, if the text dealt with a collection of books, stamps, or about a city whose history is well-informed, and memory summed up, then you can simply insert several sentences by selecting information from a coin box of your own knowledge.

Reasoning

The last type to talk about. How good is it to write an exposition-reasoning? In principle, it's easy. The main thing is to observe a few simple rules. First, one must be able to think. Listening to the text, you have to ask yourself questions during the course of his voice. Why is this happening? Where? What can happen? For what reasons? What will be the effect? Questions can be unlimited. All the better, if there are more. The student will be more interested in himself and will seek to find answers to questions posed to himself.

It is also advisable to keep track of certain components of the reasoning during the listening process. And it is necessary to clarify the basic idea that the author wanted to convey. Even if in the process of writing the student forgets part of the details, but will remember the main essence, the presentation will be completed. After all, as they say, the main thing is to start and finish, and otherwise you can improvise.

And it's worth trying to memorize several arguments that the author of the text himself brought. Then the student either inserts them into his retelling, or they become the basis for his reasoning. That's something that must be remembered for the student, if he thinks about how well to write a statement.

Brevity is the soul of wit

And this is a true statement. Because not all get short, but it's very capacious to convey the essence of something. And this should be able to. Because schools often give a task, the essence of which is to write a condensed statement.

If the student is able to arrange logical accents, reason well and uses various speech figures, this is good. But how to write a condensed statement if the program requires it?

There is only one rule - we must highlight the most important thing in the text and discard the secondary. Do not over-saturate your retelling with unnecessary details and details. Only the main point. The student can imagine that he is not writing a retelling, but the news, as a publicist. And what is its main purpose? So that a person quickly read it and understood what happened. It's the same here. Here, in principle, and the answer to the question of how to write a condensed statement.

How to listen to the text for the first time?

Perhaps, this is also worth saying a few words. This topic has a direct relationship to the advice on how to write a statement on the Russian language competently.

During the first reading, you need to concentrate on the content and try to distinguish the most important from what you heard. And it is desirable to divide the text into logical parts. It is also important to determine the meaning and the theme of the work.

As soon as the teacher finishes reading, it is worthwhile to sketch out a draft in the draft. And to determine the specific features of the structure of the text and its composition. If this narration, for example, it is important to catch where the string begins, where is the culmination and in what place the denouement.

Second Audition

Listen to the second time the text should be no less carefully. It is necessary to concretize your first impressions and correct yourself. If there are no shortcomings, then you can learn a few more details. And after the second listening, you can start drafting a draft version of the retelling. In the course of this process, the student will already understand that he should write in a clean version and how. Write a statement on the Russian is easy, but we must follow these recommendations. After all, they really simplify everything.

Work with a clean version

The very last stage is cleaning the draft. From the sketches you need to completely remove the irrelevant information. That is, without which the text will not lose its meaning. Also, it is worth reading the written from the beginning to the end and, if necessary, rebuilding the sentences. And replace repetitive words often with synonyms. So the text does not look overloaded. And if the presentation should be condensed, and not standard, it will be necessary to exclude details from the text with details. Single and specific phenomena - generalize, in turn.

In principle, this is all you need to know the student, who is worried about the question of how to write the presentation correctly. It is enough to follow the above recommendations, and everything will turn out.
