Necessary ingredients:

  • Raisins, brown or black pitted - 300 g;
  • Ready-made puff pastry - 2 packs;
  • Cottage cheese fatty coarse - 500 g;
  • Eggs medium chicken - 3 pieces;
  • Powdered sugar - 1 full glass;
  • Cinnamon - 1/3 of a small spoon;
  • Butter - 30 gr. (For coating the sheet).

Pie from cottage cheese in the oven is very easy. After all, you just need to prepare the filling and put it into the dough. To do this, take a deep dish, pour in there fatty coarse-grained cottage cheese, cinnamon and powdered sugar. After this, it is required to whip 3 eggs separately, and then add them to a sweet dairy product and mix everything well with a mixer.

In order to make the cake from the cottage cheese in the oven more delicious and sweet, it is recommended to add any dried fruits to the filling. In this recipe, we use brown or black raisins without pits. It must be carefully sorted, cleaned of the pedicels, and then put in a metal container and scalded with steep boiling water. In this condition, dried fruit must be kept for at least 35 minutes. After that raisins should be moved to a colander and well washed in hot water.

Processed and peeled dried fruits should be completely rid of the liquid, and then pour into the curd-egg mass and mix everything well.

Forming a sweet dish

Before you make a cake with cottage cheese, the puff pastry should be completely unfrozen. After that, the layers should be rolled in length and put one part on the baking sheet. It is desirable to lubricate the ovens with a soft butter before this. Next on the dough should be placed all the sweet curd filling with raisins, which must be covered with another base layer.
