Most people are used to think that an omelet is a lush mass of eggs, flour and milk. But a good cook knows that such ingredients are not at all obligatory. Practice shows that if you want, you can cook a very good omelette on kefir. This should be discussed in more detail.

Initially, the omelet did not look like what many people used to see in everyday life. Its recipe included only eggs, which the chef should have gently whipped, adhering to a certain technique. Later the list of products was replenished with milk and flour. But this did not stop the chefs. Now dozens of various recipes for this dish are known, among which the most interesting is the omelette on kefir. It would seem that the lactic acid product is not very in harmony with the eggs according to taste. In fact, the result is quite unexpected.

To see this, you should try yourself to prepare an omelette on kefir. For this you may need: 2 eggs, salt, 30 grams of cheese, pepper, a couple of tablespoons of kefir and a little greens.

To prepare such product it is necessary as follows:

  1. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, adding pepper and salt to them.
  2. Without interrupting the process, gradually introduce kefir. The weight will gradually start to bubble.
  3. Cheese grind the grater, and then add it to the eggs.
  4. Pour the mixture over the heated frying pan and leave for 10 minutes.

Omelette on yogurt is very delicate and fragrant. To make it even more appetizing, you must sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs.

The French, as the creators of the omelet, believed that nothing could be added to it. The culinary skill was to make a real work of art from one product. The recipe includes the following set of ingredients: eggs, half a cup of kefir, salt, 2 tomatoes, 4 grams of sugar, pepper, greens (dill, parsley) and a little vegetable oil.

The technology of the process is as follows:

  1. First, add all the dry ingredients (salt, sugar and pepper) to the eggs, and then beat them in a blender with a firm, steady foam.
  2. Without stopping, pour a kefir with a thin trickle.
  3. Frying pan with butter, and then fry in it on both sides cut into circles (or cubes) tomatoes.
  4. Pour vegetables with egg mass, cover and leave in this position for 5-7 minutes. The flame should not be very large at the same time.

Before serving, a delicious dish, as a rule. It is sprinkled with greens.

Green omelette

The best way to start a good day is a delicious and hearty breakfast. And for this purpose, an omelette on yogurt is perfect. The recipe in this case can be supplemented with foods that will make it even more caloric.

For preparation the following ingredients will be required: 3 potatoes, 4 eggs, salt, 60 grams of flour, 3 tablespoons kefir, 6 pieces of champignons, 60 grams of cheese, pepper, 1-2 grams of soda, vegetable oil and lots of greens.

Method of preparation is not difficult:

  1. Cut potatoes into strips and fry it in oil for 10 minutes.
  2. After this, add crushed mushrooms and continue the same thermal treatment with constant stirring.
  3. The remaining components should be collected together and beaten with a mixer.
  4. The resulting mass pour into a pan, move and leave it under the lid to languish 10 minutes over low heat.

A cooked, mouth-watering mixture will be an excellent vivacity charge for the whole day. The main rule: do not lift the lid at the last stage.

As easy as pie

Omelet from eggs and yogurt is a wonderful dietary product. It, along with a minimal amount of calories, contains a rich vitamin complex and many useful minerals. Moreover, all this can be prepared quickly and very simply. To make the dish more gentle and lush, it is better to use the oven for work.

The products will require: 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons kefir, salt, 15 milliliters of olive oil and a little pepper ground.

Preparing the dish is very simple:

  1. Egg yolks beat separately, adding to them first kefir, and then salt and pepper. Some prefer to use sour cream. But such a replacement in principle does not play a big role.
  2. In another container, the proteins with salt are turned into a firm foam using a corolla.
  3. Combine both mixtures.
  4. Oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
  5. Fry the frying pan with oil, then pour the cooked mass onto it.
  6. Put it in the oven for 12 minutes.

The finished dish will resemble a tender egg souffle.
