TravelsTips for tourists

How is "All inclusive", and what is it?

Imagine a vacation where you absolutely do not need money, from the moment you leave the plane, until the time when you return. All meals, services at the hotel, drinks, entertainment, sports, airport transfers and much more - everything is included in a single low price. And there is no tip - in fact, it is not even allowed!

Over the past five years, the preferences of tourists regarding the All Inclusive vouchers have grown by a third. They are so popular that some leading tour operators now began to sell only such tours. Is it attractive in fact, how is it served in advertising?

How is "All inclusive", and what does it mean?

In our economically difficult times, such trips look attractive. Their main point is that by paying one price for everything in advance, you already know exactly how much your trip will cost, and you do not have to worry about having to spend more than you can afford.

Is it coming out cheaper? Speaking of how the All Inclusive is designated in the tour advertising, you should pay attention to everything that is written in small print.

This is because the reality of such proposals may differ. A recent survey conducted by independent researchers showed that more than three quarters of tourists who opted for All Inclusive were eventually forced to pay for services that were to be covered at the price of the voucher.

Therefore, before buying a tour, it is very important to check what really applies to its cost.

Food

How is "all inclusive" with respect to nutrition? It is usually assumed that the cost of the voucher included all meals during the day. However, this may mean that only the products offered in the main hall of the hotel (in the form of a buffet) are already included in the price of the voucher. Accordingly, you will have to pay extra for food at any other hotel restaurant or bar.

Choosing a more expensive "All Inclusive" tour, you may find that you are entitled to perhaps one or two dinner per menu per week. At the same time, there are a lot of resorts and hotels, where this term means more generous offers.

Beverages

Many vouchers "All inclusive" restrict guests to affordable alcoholic beverages (offering only local products free of charge). This means that imported beer, cocktails and wine should be paid for. But there is another level of service, which includes even premium drinks for free.

Activities

This is another problematic issue in the category, as it is designated "All inclusive". Excursions, motorized water sports, sports training and spa treatments are rarely included in the package. But again there are exceptions, because this question should be studied very carefully. Sometimes the cost of the tour includes several short excursions and beach sports.

Care for children

Rest "All inclusive" usually involves the organization of leisure and leisure for older children. But due to higher requirements for the staff involved in young children, customers have to pay extra for arranging classes with three-to-four-year-olds. Again, some more expensive hotels can offer even babysitting services for babies, included in the cost of the tour.

Thus, before buying a tour, you need to find out the answer to each of the questions discussed above. Modern offers are so diverse that you can easily find a ticket with the appropriate price / service ratio.
