The first owners

Before the reign of Peter the Great, this estate was called Godunovo, by the name of its owner. The estate was inherited by the daughter of GP Godunov - Agrafena Grigorievna, who later became the wife of Prince VN Prozorovsky, adjutant of Prince Golitsyn. When the estate was inherited by VP Prozorovsky, it was already called Lublino.

In 1790, the estate was taken over by Countess Razumovskaya, and then to Princess AA Urusova.

In 1800 the estate was purchased by NI Durasov, who made more than all previous owners to make his estate later a national architectural and historical monument.

The interiors of the estate are designed by Domenico Scotty. The three-story mansion is painted with unique frescoes and decorated with statues. One of them - "Silence" - was symbolically significant when revolutionaries plundered the estate.

At the dinner parties that were held in these halls, many noblemen came, including the widow of Emperor Paul the First, Empress Maria Feodorovna. Around the Palace there is a garden and park ensemble with a beautiful pond, which is now called Lublinsky. Fortunately, the outbuilding, the manager's house and the horse yard have survived to our time.

In the second half of the nineteenth century, the conservatory was rebuilt for living quarters. After 1872, when the Polytechnic Exhibition was held, an exhibition wooden church was transported to the estate. To our great regret, in 1904 the tornado was destroyed Park Lublino. Manor of Durasov, whose owner at that time was N. K. Golofteev, began to rebuild. On the shore of the pond are built dachas, which are subsequently rented. Up to now, they have not survived.

Lublino in the twentieth century

In 1919 the estate was nationalized. Manor Lublino in different years was used as a school, a house of culture, a police station, during the war its premises were used as residential. In the nineties, the main house became private property, and restoration began, which was completed in 2005.
