"Park House" (Samara) is the first mall, its opening took place in 2002. A year later the shopping center in Volgograd began to operate. At that time it was one of the largest malls in the Volga region. 2004 was marked by the implementation of three projects at once: in Yekaterinburg, Kazan and Togliatti.

All shopping and entertainment complexes contain in one building the largest "anchor" tenants and a gallery of boutiques. However, not only the objects of trade are located in the malls.
