High CPU temperature: how to lower yourself?

What is the problem here? Basic ways to solve it

All the currently existing CPUs are made of a semiconductor material such as silicon. Cleaning the cooling system

The next way to lower the temperature of the processor on the computer is to clean the cooling system.
