After that, cool, add honey and 4 glasses of cold water. Such lemonade can be taken as a cooling and tonic drink throughout the day.

If we talk about the treatment of respiratory organs, then consider such a recipe for ginger tea. Cut half the root into thin slices in the amount of one teaspoon and fill it with boiling water (half liter). We add a little mint or melissa, cover with a lid and we insist for 10 minutes. After that we filter and use in the form of ordinary tea, it is possible with a lemon. Take it every day no more than a month.

Such recipes of tea and lemonade are able to cope with colds perfectly and have a good diuretic effect. It should be noted that the root of ginger for its invigorating qualities is equated with such drinks as strong tea and even coffee.
