Getting a passport is easy and simple

Appearing to the light, we become members of a large community that requires each registration.

Literally during the first few days of life, parents issue a birth certificate for their baby. Of course, on this list of necessary documents does not end, but the certificate remains the main identity card until fourteen years.

Getting a passport at the age of fourteen gives teenagers the opportunity to feel adults, although this document does not give them the same rights as an adult. They must perform all their actions in the presence of one of the parents or guardians. It seems that this is correct. The child has the right to make decisions on an equal basis with the adult citizens of our country, but all his actions are supervised by mentors.

Getting a passport at fourteen years old - the procedure is pretty simple. From you only need to provide and hand over a set of documents to the FMS inspector. After some time (from 10 to 60 days) come for a ready passport.

The child will need two photos, a birth certificate with a note on citizenship (or a loose leaf), a receipt for payment of state duty and an application for a passport. 14 years is the age when the state obliges all citizens to have a document proving their identity, and the birth certificate is not that. Therefore, it takes no more than 30 days to receive a passport.

By the way, this procedure is impossible without the passport of one of the parents or guardian. Also require information about the place of residence. There are cases when the FMS refuses to issue a passport due to lack of registration, but it is illegal. Everyone has the right to receive a basic document - a passport. The absence of a residence permit is not a ground for refusal.

If a child can not reach the FMS department due to his state of health, he can ask the employee to come to his home to file the necessary papers. This is included in the provision of services to the public.

Getting a passport in 20 years is not fundamentally different. The whole procedure is the same. Only you do not have to do everything in the presence of parents. You also have to provide the FMS inspector with photos and a receipt for payment, an application and a previous passport, the one you are about to replace.

In addition, you will need to provide and documents that need to be stamped (for example, a certificate of marriage or its dissolution, birth certificates of children, if any).

Getting a passport, or rather replacing it, at 45 years old does not differ from the previous procedure. It will require the same set of documents and the same receipt for payment of the service. Time for registration of the document is allotted the same - from 10 to 30 days.

By the way, you need to change your passport on time so as not to pay administrative fines. In addition, such a document already has no legal force, being overdue.

If you lose your passport, you will have to write an application to the local police station. Then attach a ticket-notification of the incident to the package of documents. As a personal identification card, you can submit a driver's license or a passport.
