Every day a portion of food should be increased.
By purchasing such a baby, the new owner should first organize for him the diet that the puppy received from the breeder. If you plan to change it, you should do it gradually.
The best option would be a combined chihuahua food. Puppies are easier to digest and quickly process finished feed, however, vitamins and trace elements from natural products stay longer in the body. It is worth noting that before giving the baby dry food, it should be softened with water.
It must be remembered that it is forbidden to overfeed representatives of this breed. Otherwise, the fat that will accumulate in the puppy's body can deform the growing bone tissue.
Chihuahua is well suited for beef, poultry, sour-milk and seafood. You can give fruit. Grated apples and bananas will be well absorbed. Food should be only warm, and cold or hot babies are forbidden to feed. Also it is necessary to refrain from any kinds of sausages, smoked meat, milk, legumes, fatty fish and sweets.
