Allergenic food for young children

The most common product that causes allergies, consider cow's milk, it can not tolerate more than 80% of babies. If a nursing mother uses it, an infant may develop an allergic rash even in mother's milk.

But this does not mean that the child will not later carry dairy products. We must wait until he has the necessary enzymes to process this product. After two years of age, if you do not hurry with the introduction of certain foods, when the enzymes are ready for food processing, you can avoid the development of allergies.

The most common allergenic foods, in addition to cow's milk, are milk formulas, cheeses, wheat, sesame, black pepper and exotic fruits. Very carefully, you need to approach the introduction of complementary foods such as eggs, fish, red vegetables, nuts, honey, citrus fruits.

Do not give small children prone to allergies, red fish, caviar, seafood before 1 year. To avoid such a reaction to meat, it should be frozen, and then thawed, chicken meat should be removed and soaked in water, beef should not be given for up to a year. But the meat of veal, pork and turkey is easily transferred.

If you give your child fruits or vegetables without measure, then any of them will act as allergenic products for children. If a child eats a bowl of berries, a cup of green peas or a few peaches, then it can have rashes on the skin, although previously there was an excellent tolerance of these products. Chocolate sweets, jujube, caramel even in small amounts often cause allergies.

In young children, dangerous products often give a cross-sectional allergy when the baby does not tolerate dairy products and soy protein at the same time, the egg and chicken, gluten and potato starch. In this case, it is very difficult to find food for him.

It is important to remember that not only food allergens cause this reaction, but also food fillers, dyes, flavors and preservatives that are added to juices, ice cream, drinks, yoghurts. After all, they are often given to moms, as a delicious, but not quite useful food.

To avoid problems with the health of an infant, the expectant mother should think about a hypoallergenic diet in the second half of pregnancy.
Nuts, honey, condensed milk are the most allergenic foods when breastfeeding.

Nursing mother can eat no more than 2 nuts a day, preferably walnuts or hazelnuts, but peanuts should be avoided altogether. But we must remember that if hazelnuts and almonds weaken the intestine, then the walnut binds it.
Children over two years can use nuts in small quantities. This is especially useful for babies with low weight. Nuts help with rickets and anemia, for example walnuts, which contains iron, zinc, iodine or almonds, vitamin D, calcium and fluoride. The most useful and less allergenic are cedar nuts, which give strength and energy to pregnant and lactating women, and small children.

But allergen products such as shrimp, crab meat, peanuts, pistachios are not at all useful. This is a very heavy food, and crab meat is added to the same dyes and flavors.

Citrus fruits can be fed to the baby no earlier than 1.5 years. The most useful of all citrus fruits is grapefruit and lemon. And you can, how to give sucking lemon slices, and add the juice of this fruit to the cooked food.
That allergenic food products do not cause the disease in infants, you need to start luring with zucchini, cabbage, very limited to give potatoes and carrots.

Later it is necessary to start to feed with cookies and drying, to enter sour-milk products. Children who are on artificial feeding, should use hypoallergenic medicinal mixtures, such as Nutrilak-peptidy (GA), Nanga, Nan-soya, Alfara.

If you carefully monitor the nutrition of an infant, then perhaps with age, avoid the development of allergic diseases in general.
