But the happiness lasted not very long - in 2007, "Mainz" was again in the Second League, and Klopp, who felt the need for a new challenge, said that he would leave the club if he did not return to the Major League. Alas, but "Mainz" this task was not on forces - so ended the 18-year epic, which Klopp will remember for a long time.

In 2012, except for the victory in the championship, "Borussia" won and the German Cup, leaving "Bavaria" without trophies at all, after which Klopp was named coach of the year in Germany. Well, the next year he brought his team to the final of the Champions League, the most prestigious football club tournament, where revenge took place over the past year - Bayern beat Borussia, while knocking Dortmunders out of the Cup and depriving them of the title of the champions of Germany.
