"Reid": the actors of the best militant of the decade

This is the name of the comedy of brawls - a genre characteristic of early cinema, borrowing much from the circus program.

Synopsis

The story narrative of the movie "Reid" actors described extremely sparingly. In reality, everything that happens is defined by the name. The action takes place in an Indonesian high-rise building in disrepair, which the local drug baron turned into an impregnable security laboratory. There sent a squad of spetsnaz for stripping the structure of criminal elements, but as a result, bandits clean out the high-rise building from the representatives of law and order. In essence, the Gareth Evans project can be designated as a kind of silent film. In it are not visible characteristic characters, only bodies in ideal physical form, acting with enviable agility. The creators of the film decided to adhere to the canonical Aristotelian approach to the tragedy, in which action and scenery itself are times more important than the words of actors. Nevertheless, after the premiere show in Toronto of the film "Reid", actors, audiences and critics were recognized as one of the best fighters of the decade.

Acting Casting

The performer of the role of the protagonist, the leader of the Rama police special squadron, Indonesian film actor Iko Yuvais is known to the audience for participation in the tapes of "Merantau", "Reid" and his sequel in 2014. In 2015, he played the episodic role of one of the smugglers of the crew of Khan Solo in Star Wars: Awakening Force. The performer has the title of the champion of Indonesia in the national combat struggle silat. His acting talent, demonstrated in the "Raid", earned several critical comments, but all the failures of Yuvays easily compensates in the action sequences.

The role of the deceased at the hands of drug lord Sergeant Jaka was played by Joe Taslim, a professional judoist and a novice actor. Participation in the action movie "Reid" became for the performer a real springboard in the development of a creative career. He effortlessly passed the casting for the role of antagonist in "Forsage-6", and in 2016 he got an opportunity to take part in the production of the film "Startrek-3".

The main antagonist, authoritative drug lord, who justifies his nickname Rabid dog, performed by Yayan Rukhian is extremely charismatic. The actor is a constant partner in training and screen partner Iko Yuvaisa.

Performers of the roles of the second plan
