Exotic nemesis - growing out of seeds

Bright and attractive plant Nemesis - one of the most beautiful flowers-annuals. Depending on the variety, the height of the trunk can reach 40-50 cm, so it is often used to decorate flowerpots and balcony boxes. Juicy green stems are complemented by large, like a painted child, colorful buds.

Depending on the variety, the size of the flowers may vary, for example, the Nemoza goobidae have yellow, red, orange or pink inflorescences up to a diameter of 2.5 cm. Each variety has its own color, with the upper part being of one tone and the lower part of a contrasting hue. A well-known representative of popular Nemesis - "The Danish flag" has a white bottom and a red top. The flowering period is from June to mid-October. A prerequisite for the flowers of Nemesis to please the eye for a long time is the pruning of the dried parts of the plant. This procedure stimulates the growth of new shoots and the formation of additional buds.

Nemesis - growing out of seeds without problems and in steps:

  1. The plant is rather unpretentious in terms of choosing a place, but it is better still to develop on open solar areas. However, the new cultivar Nemesis heiranthusovaya grows well in the penumbra. No varieties of this flower can not be for long in the heat and in parched soil.
  2. Soil is chosen moderately fertile, very well drained, moist and light. It can be weakly acidic or neutral soils.
  3. The most unpretentious in home floriculture is a hybrid nemesis, seed-growing of which is available to any newcomer. You can prepare seedlings or plant the plant immediately in the open ground. The seed of Nemesis is so small that 1 g can contain up to seven thousand pieces. The germination capacity of the inoculum remains up to two years. If it was decided to drive out the seedlings, then the crops are produced immediately in small plastic cups, bypassing the boxes and the greenhouse. Nemesis does not tolerate a transplant, so it will be easier to "spill" seedlings from the individual pots to the main growth site. The time of sowing is from the end of February to April.
  4. When planting, seeds are sprinkled with a little ground and covered with glass or a film to preserve the necessary moisture. Once a day, the glass is pushed aside to air the shoots and wipe off excess condensate.
  5. In six to eight days, Nemesis will rise, growing from seeds of which turned out to be quite simple. Small seeds grow in number and require picks. To obtain lush bushes in young flowers pinch the tip. Because of heat-loving before planting in the soil in May, seedlings should be hardened. The distance between bushes should not be less than 20-25 cm, otherwise the plant will have nowhere to grow - it will quickly stretch and die.

If it is Nemesis that is needed in the front garden, the cultivation of other flowers from the seeds may already be irrelevant. For growth and abundant flowering the plant is sown in the middle - late May, when frosts are no longer possible. After sprouting, picking and pinching are carried out, the watering should correspond to the weather - it is necessarily abundant on hot days. Together with other plants, they do not try to plant them.
