Often we are asked such a question - how to avoid industrial espionage, or crimes in the workplace?

But first of all I would like to talk about internal measures of organization of economic security of the enterprise:

Pay attention to the working biography - believe me, it will always be local and consistent.

Try to connect the economic security service (or, for example, an outside organization such as the Economic Security Service - the southern region www.serviceout.ru), which necessarily learns about administrative violations, criminal offenses, if any. Maybe it sounds tricky, and it's illegal, but practice shows that once stepping on the rake, they do not get off - I do not know, our correctional system may be to blame, maybe something else.

2. If everything is normal - try to talk directly with the little man - personal contact does not zanymenit no psychological tests. (Try to prepare in advance some confusing questions, try to find out the reasons for leaving the past workplace, find out the plans for the future, determine the potential future employee).

If you require more from the employee - try to motivate him (I recall that the word motivation does not mean only monetary reward).

Remember that the employee has a working day - if you work for a profit, then he works for wages.
