  2. We bend our hands with dumbbells and press them to the shoulders. Then raise them up, lower them. Repeat 15-20 times.
  3. This exercise is done first with one hand, then the other. Bent at the elbow, the hand from the dumbbell is pressed to the chest, then unbend it to a parallel line with the floor.

Unusual push-ups

It is difficult for us, women, to perform normal push-ups. Yes, we do not need it. After all, we are not going to "pump up" their biceps and triceps. We just want to remove excess fat from the hands and tighten the muscles. Therefore, we perform the following exercises for the hands and shoulders:

  1. We kneel, leaning on straight hands. We bend them in the elbows, bending to the floor. We return to the starting position, repeat 20-25 times.
  2. We perform push-ups from the sofa or chair, legs and back while straight. Repeat 10-15 times.

This lesson, among other things, perfectly strengthens also the muscles of the chest, which, under the condition of regular training, will become elastic and taut.

Circular motion with hands

We all want the muscles of our hands to be in good toning so that the skin does not hang on them. How can this be achieved? You need to do the following circular exercises for slimming your shoulders and arms:

  1. We get up straight, we raise our arms to the sides and keep them parallel to the floor line. We perform synchronous circular motions with a small radius. Repeat 30 times.
  2. The initial position is the same, only the movements should be over a larger radius. Repeat 30 times.
  3. We stand upright, arms bent at the elbows and lie on the shoulders. We perform circular motions in one direction or the other. Repeat 20 times.

These are wonderful exercises for shrinking shoulders. Once you get used to the load, 1 and 2 exercises can be complicated by picking up dumbbells. During exercise, do not forget to monitor your breathing. It is very important.
