Eating with stomach ulcer.

A characteristic sign of a stomach ulcer is pain in the epigastric region, less often in the sternum. Nutrition for gastric ulcer at this time should be limited, but the intervals between meals can be no more than three hours to prevent the secretion of gastric juice "in the blank", otherwise, for lack of food, it will irritate the ulcer area. It is completely necessary to exclude from the diet sour and salty dishes, fish, fried meat, rich broths, mushroom soups, soup, smoked and salted foods, black bread, raw vegetables and fruits, spices and seasonings, as well as wine and beer. Lunch at fourteen hours: mashed soup of cereals, fish or meat mashed potatoes, jelly with breadcrumbs.

Snack at seventeen o'clock: soft-boiled eggs, butter.

Supper at twenty o'clock: rice porridge, semolina, buckwheat, barley, oatmeal, and also milk. All porridges should be dairy, wiped.

Before going to bed at ten-eleven o'clock, you can drink fresh yogurt or milk, a broth of dogrose.

After the second decade, nutrition in case of stomach ulcer may be less sparing for a period of three to four months. At this time allowed to eat sour cream non-acidic, fresh cottage cheese, yogurt. In dairy soups, you can add vegetables wiped, excluding cabbage. Allowed vermicelli soups, boiled meat (low-fat beef, chicken, veal), lean fish, mashed porridges, pasta mashed, vermicelli, vegetable purees: potato, carrot, pumpkin, zucchini, beetroot. For dessert - fruits and berries are desirable soft varieties, strawberries ripe, raspberries. You can drink compotes rubbed, sweet kissels, cookies, but not butter, as well as stale white bread.
