Did you know that citric acid enters the sperm?

Sperm is a word, meaning "seed" in translation. It is produced in the male body of mammals. Its main function is to participate in the procreation process. The sperm composition is seminal fluid and spermatozoa, the viability of which it protects, facilitating their movement. It begins to form in men during their puberty, and in old age, its formation slows down or ceases.

This is a very complex substance. The composition of the sperm includes about thirty components. Among them, citric acid, fructose and other substances. Chemical composition of sperm: zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium. This includes a number of vitamins, in particular, B1 and C. In a word, the sperm contains almost all substances that are necessary to maintain human health. It is characterized by a slight alkaline property. Twenty percent is produced by the secretion of the prostate gland and by eighty - the secret of the seminal vesicles.

It is impossible not to bypass the most important component that is part of the sperm - spermatozoa, which are male sex cells taking direct part in fertilization. They occupy only 3% of the total. Isolation of the prostate Gland and seminal vesicles - this is only the environment prepared for them. A square millimeter of liquid contains an average of 60 million of these smallest cells, and up to 20% of them are usually incompetent. The cycle of development of each spermatozoon is, on average, three months, after which it can fully fertilize. Each of them consists of 23 chromosomes, one of which is special - the sexual. It is she who determines the sex of the unborn child. A sperm containing an X chromosome, in a fusion with an egg, will lead to the birth of a girl, a Y chromosome - a boy. The latter type of cell is more mobile, but less viable. With ejaculation, millions of spermatozoa are excreted. But only one of them can be passed into the egg. The composition of sperm affects a number of indicators: the level of radiation, the amount of hormones, the effect of certain substances and even the emotional state of the male carrier of sperm. All these factors also contribute to the success of conception.

A man of reproductive age is important to monitor his health. Every day in his body must get enough of vitamin C, otherwise spermatogenesis will be disturbed. It is worth noting the use of tobacco, drugs and alcohol, as they negatively affect the production of male seed. Do not take anabolic drugs, because they are very dangerous for this process. It is also important what your profession is. If you have to work with paints and varnishes, this can have a bad effect on the health of future offspring. And if you are a dentist, you will have to inhale the evaporation of narcotics administered to patients.

If the composition of male sperm includes blood, it is most likely a sign of a serious illness - either a serious infection, or even prostate cancer.
