Of course, it's convenient to warm up food and freshen bread in a microwave, but is it worth buying an expensive thing for the warm-up function? Let's consider at least simple dishes that can be cooked in it.
Potatoes are cooked in a microwave oven in two ways - peeled and peeled. We put the peeled potatoes in a pot of heat-resistant glass or ceramics, on the bottom of which we pour 100-120 ml of water. Separately, prepare a white sauce: in a frying pan, melt a couple of spoons of butter, pour in as much flour, stir and pour a glass of cream. Do not replace cream with sour cream, it has a sour taste, and potatoes from the acid hardens.
And even the french fries in the microwave are also prepared. Preparatory work is common: peel potatoes, wash, cut with french fries. Dry well, pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix. Soaked in potatoes, put them in a sleeve for baking, pierce holes in the sleeve and put them in full microwave power for 15 minutes. Potatoes are ready, serve immediately.
