Soup from semi-finished product

It is much easier, for example, to cook fish soup from cod fillets than to mess with a fresh carcass. In addition, 400 grams of fresh cod fillets will be needed - 1 onion, 2 potatoes and 1 carrot, 200 grams of creamy cream cheese, black pepper, 20 grams of green onions, salt, a bunch of parsley, a bay leaf and a couple of vegetable oil spoons.

Such a soup is prepared as follows.

  1. Wash fish, cut into 4 pieces and put them into a pan.
  2. There also pour 2-3 liters of cold water, add salt and put the pan on the fire. Cook for about 40 minutes after boiling.
  3. Carrots cut into circles, and onions as small as possible. Prepared vegetables fry for 5 minutes in vegetable oil, and then sent to a pan and boil there, in total, another 5 minutes.
  4. There also add potatoes, cut into small cubes. Wait another 15 minutes.
  5. At the very end, fill in the chopped parsley, pepper and add the cheese. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Ready to smell the aromatic soup on plates and add a small-cut green onion.

Soup in Norwegian style

The national cuisines of any Scandinavian country have a variety of options for preparing seafood soups. A very interesting recipe for fish soup from cod is the Norwegians. The difference from the other methods is that in this case the first dish is cooked without potatoes. From the products on the desktop you need to have: 1 kilo of cod - 2 onions, 3 carrots, 200 grams of tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, a bunch of greenery, a tablespoon of flour, a little salt, 30 grams of butter, white ground pepper, a couple of spoons of cream and 3 tablespoons of white dry wine.

Cook start with fish.

  1. Cut the tress into pieces, pour water (cold) and put it on the stove. After boiling, remove the foam and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Wash and clean the carrot with onions, and then put them completely in the broth and cook for another 30 minutes, no more. Then take out the vegetables, rewash thoroughly (you can use a blender) and send them back to the pan.
  3. In butter, fry the minced garlic in flour. The resulting sauce should be transferred to a saucepan, stirred and again brought to a boil.
  4. Pour the wine.
  5. Tomatoes to beat with boiling water and peel, cut into slices and add to the soup, which after that should boil for another 6-7 minutes
  6. At the last stage, pour the cream and add crushed herbs. Cover the pan and remove from the plate.

Fast and tasty

If there is not enough time, you can cook fish soup from cod, the recipe of which amazes with its simplicity. True, a set of products is quite diverse: for half a kilogram of cod fillets - 5 potatoes, 1 carrot, clove of garlic, laurel leaf, 1 Bulgarian pepper, salt, a spoonful of vegetable oil, a couple of allspice peppers, a little green onions, a slice of butter and 1 Circle of lemon.

Soup is prepared very quickly:

  1. Pour a half liter of water into the pot. Add pepper fragrant, bay leaf and bring to a boil.
  2. Throw the chopped potatoes and cook a little.
  3. Dip the fish into the boiling mixture. Wait until the foam appears and carefully remove it.
  4. Throw away the grated carrots, chopped pepper and wait for the liquid to boil again.
  5. Add the vegetable oil, salt and leave on fire for 20 minutes.
  6. In the boiling mass add garlic, squeeze juice from a piece of lemon and immediately turn off the fire.
  7. Freshly prepared soup spill on plates, in each of which put a little butter.

The dish is fresh, fragrant and very tender. Such a soup with pleasure will eat even a child.
