"Dacha amnesty": validity extended to 2015

This is the magic word "dacha" ... For the Soviet man of the 70s-80s, the desired 6 acres and "Zhiguli" were simply necessary to maintain status and self-esteem. At the same time, a special caste under The name "summer residents". In most cases, the land was given to the dacha from the organization where the person worked, the larger and richer the production, the more prestigious the location of the holiday villages. No one then thought about the fact that these areas need to be registered as property.

Time passed, realities changed, many holiday villages began to turn into settlements with permanent residence, very often even in elite settlements. And the land and real estate remained unformed. There was
A lot of disputes, seizures and other not entirely legitimate actions. So the government decided in 2006 to meet the citizens, so the law appeared, which became known as "dacha amnesty." Its terms have been established until 2015. It will be finally. So it's worth the hurry. In order to register a plot and a house, you need to submit to the justice a document on the provision of the plot (no matter who it is issued) and provide a cadastral plan.

What is the "dacha amnesty", the timing of it? This is the law under the number 93 of June 30, 2006, which allows you to formalize a summer residence plot in a simplified scheme. The validity of the "dacha amnesty" was first determined from September 1, 2006 to January 1, 2010, but the people did not meet these deadlines, now it was extended until 2015. Since 2008, they have been allowed to legally register in summer cottages. This can be done when the living conditions are in accordance with the norms, that is, the house has the status of a capital structure (foundation and all necessary communications).

Who needs a "dacha amnesty", are these terms real or not? Use this law can people who received land in the Soviet era or in the early 90's, that is, owning land for a long time. Under this law, rural
Residents who received housing in the villages and also should legalize it. They can not rely on the law to those who have landed or acquired land after 2001.

The state pursued two goals. The first is to help its citizens legalize land plots. The second is to restore order in the sphere of land ownership, and, therefore, to receive more taxes from landowners. Since taxes can not be demanded from unaccounted property. The terms of the dacha amnesty were established quite real. But, as always, did not take into account the realities of our lives. Even for simplified registration of documents people go from half a year to half a year, and the cost of this process is terrible. There is one more feature of ours: we wait till the end, then we grasp, we start running and complaining about the government and power.

What will happen when the "dacha amnesty" is over, will its expiration date expire? In principle, at first glance nothing will happen. But you will not be able to sell or donate this site and buildings on it. And there is no guarantee that someone will not place the land for you, and you will not remain at the broken trough. Consult in each specific case can be in the cadastre. We must turn to them, and not wait from the sea for the weather.
