Customer corner as an integral part of the work of a trading company

According to the law, an enterprise or organization engaged in trade or providing services to the public and legal entities must have a specially equipped stand called "Customer Corner". The name can be completely different: for example: "Information for clients" or "Customer's note". The most important thing is that this booth is present. This is provided by the law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights". In accordance with this normative document, the activities of organizations that somehow affect the interests of the population are regulated.

The consumer's corner is a collection of information provided in a printed or handwritten form, drawn up according to all rules and in accordance with the basic requirements. Information on the company that provides the service, its addresses and telephones, as well as information about services that deal with consumer rights protection, with their various contacts, is what must have a customer corner. Requirements for its design also include the availability of securities that demonstrate to the client the number and type of the organization's license , as well as the terms of its validity. If the activities carried out by the enterprise are not subject to licensing, a copy of the certificate of state registration should be placed on the stand. Also, the client should have access to information about the body that issued the document.

The corner of the consumer contains the most important document for all organizations - the "Book of Feedback and Proposals". Any enterprise - a trading or providing services to the population - should have such a journal. In this case, any client has the right to leave a record in this book. Therefore, it should be in a prominent place. Legislation stipulates that this journal must be issued on demand. Deviation from this point is fraught with administrative responsibility. Therefore, the corner of the consumer is exactly the place where this magazine is located.

The head of the organization or the person replacing him must strictly follow the responsibility for following the correctness and timeliness of the book. In this case, it must be registered with the local self-government body. The customer corner can also contain reference information, announcements, congratulations to customers on holidays and weekends.
