There is a necessary equipment and internet connection. The houses can accommodate from 4 to 6 people, children under 5 years of age live without payment.
• In the house "Berloga" - there are 4 apartments. The general style is sustained in the Slavic style. There is a fireplace and living room, the maximum capacity of the cottage is 12 people.
• "Nest", "Anthill", "Koshkin Dom" - cottages from a bar in which can accommodate up to 10 people. All rooms are equipped according to the standards for an increased level of comfort.
• The hotel "Flowers" - a small hotel with cozy rooms, which are decorated and have the name of plants. In two buildings there are 42 colorful rooms for 2-3-4 people.

The cost of living in any house or hotel room includes three meals a day in the restaurant "Tea House". Also guests can unlimitedly drink tea with sweets in the same cafe.

Bathhouses

Country club "Latchi" has on its territory a unique complex. There are 10 small log cabins inside of which are equipped baths.

Each house by design and name corresponds to one of the signs of the zodiac. All the baths have a unique interior. They charge visitors with the emotions inherent in this sign of the zodiac.
