The computer operator (PC) is engaged in entering information into the computer. It can be information in the form of text, tables, graphs or figures.

The profession of "computer operator" is very interesting, however, it has disadvantages: from constant work on the computer, vision deteriorates and there can be a curvature of the spine.

The operator must be very attentive and assiduous, since one incorrectly entered digit can lead to data corruption. Such work will suit those who like a sedentary, monotonous work.

The computer operator should be responsible, focused, diligent, competent and executive. Sometimes the position of a PC operator is combined with the position of an operator of copying and copying machines, which presupposes the possession of a copying machine and a printing machine.

This specialty can be obtained at the school or at the training courses. Such specialists are needed by banks, commercial, industrial and insurance companies, publishers, state enterprises and archives.

The workplace of the computer operator should be properly organized so that the harm from the computer and other office equipment was minimal.

Lighting should not be very bright or, conversely, weak, so as not to strain your eyesight.

It is better if the table stands in front of the window. If there is no other way out, you can buy blinds. They can be used if the window is on the side.

The monitor should be placed directly, and not obliquely. The middle of his screen should be at the level of your eyes. Place the screen of your monitor at a distance of 50-60 centimeters from the chair on which you sit.

The operator should have a comfortable hard chair, with adjustable seat height and backrest tilt.

When planting, tilt the back back a few degrees. So you can unload the spine. Hands should rest on armrests freely. Brushes - have a common axle with forearms. The legs stand on the floor or a special stand.

The system unit should stand under the table or be removed into a box with a door.

The room should be regularly ventilated. Air conditioner or air ionizer will improve the microclimate in the office.

Every hour, you need to take a break to let your eyes rest and get a little exercise.
