Coffee Jardin on the Russian market appeared in 2007, that is, relatively recently, but has already won a lot of sympathy from the fans of this drink. He is referred to the category of the "Premium" class. It is produced jointly by two companies - Swiss ("Jardin Coffee Solyushn") and Russian ("Orimi Trade"). The main emphasis is on making grain and ground coffee, but in the range there is also a soluble and sublimated coffee .

Marking

On each package of Jardin coffee is indicated its "Strength", that is an indicator of the "strength" of flavor, saturation and strength. A five-point scale is used to determine the parameter. Coffee of this brand produces only varieties with a level of at least 3. This indicates a high quality of the drink.

Manufacturing

The coffee beans are produced according to a unique technology, thanks to which it retains its useful properties and qualities. It is roasted using the "thermo two" technology. The peculiarity is that not only the drum but also the convection fry is used. The coffee grains in the drum receive 30% of the heat from the air heated in it, and the remaining 70% from the circulating flow of hot air. Roasting continues for 7 minutes. On each pack it is indicated that 100% safety is ensured, because unique technologies are used that make it possible to produce the entire manufacturing and packaging process in an oxygen-protected environment.

Kinds

To date, there are many varieties. They differ from each other in flavor and taste, the degree of roasting, the amount of caffeine. There are the following types of this coffee:

  1. Espresso The style of di Milano. It is made for espresso machines. It has pleasant sugar-spicy notes, creating a deep aroma.
  2. Coffee Jardin All Long Day. It consists of two varieties of arabica, giving sweetness and silkiness.
  3. Dessert cap. Combines 5 varieties of Arabica, thanks to which it has a pronounced rich taste with a chocolate aftertaste. Recommended for use in the afternoon. You can use any cooking methods.
  4. Coffee Zhardinin continental. It has a refined taste, combining the fruity hints of African with the softness of Colombian coffee. It is recommended to use in the morning.
  5. Colombia is supremacist. It has a silky taste with a muscat aftertaste. It is pleasant to drink at any time of the day. Any method of preparation can be used.
  6. Sumatra Mandhing. Produce from grown on the island of Sumatra arabica. Has a spicy note with a tart aftertaste.
