History

In 1988 the Chamber Theater (Chelyabinsk) was founded . Its address is: Zwilling Street, 15. It is one of the youngest theaters in the city. The idea of its creation was born in the group of actors of the Chelyabinsk TYuZ, headed by Eugene Falevich. They compiled a manifesto in which they expressed their desire to have a chamber scene. The first performance of this troupe was the work of John Marella "Scream of a Lobster". This production attracted the attention of viewers and critics. Main director

Victoria Meshchaninova graduated in 1970, the Institute of Culture in Leningrad. And in 1980 - postgraduate study at the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography, which at that time was directed by GA Tovstonogov and AI Katsman. After studying, Viktoria Nikolaevna returned to Chelyabinsk. The Chamber Theater is currently staging its productions precisely under its sensitive guidance. She is the main director. Victoria Nikolaevna in 2004 was awarded the title of "Honored Worker of Culture of the Russian Federation".

In 1983, with the participation of V. Meshchaninov, the Chelyabinsk Drama Theater named after Zwilling performed the production of "Little Tragedies" by Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. In the same year, Viktoria Nikolaevna received the post of director in the Theater for Young Spectators. Her productions "Chaadaeva's Candlestick", "Entrance" and "Fatal Error" enjoyed a special popularity and love among the young spectator.

Since 1991, Viktoria Nikolaevna held the post of chief director of the Chamber Theater. And from 2006 to 2010, combined the work of the director with the role of artistic director. V. Camerata
