Charter of the public organization

To register the charter of a public organization, you will need to collect a whole package of documents, as well as its proper registration. The writing of the charter is done in Russian on A4 size paper in printed format in accordance with the norms of office work. Registration is carried out in a month period from the date of organization of the constituent assembly.

For this purpose, the bodies that produce this procedure submit an application in which they are asked to register a new TOE, indicating its full and abbreviated name. In addition, it is required to register and symbolize the society if it exists. The application specifies the date and place of adoption of the charter, the name of the decision-maker who approved the body's statute (conference, general meeting, congress, etc.), goals and activities of the NGO (environmental, sporting, scientific, charitable, etc.).

Also, the application must indicate the status of the TOE (local, regional, international, etc.), the territory to which the new body will distribute its action, the name of the governing body and its address, the names and phone numbers of three or more members of the management team who have the right To represent any interests of the organization at registration or at occurrence of disputes. They also sign the sample of the charter of the public organization.

The document is developed in two copies. It reflects information about the full and abbreviated name, goals, objectives and methods of the TOE activity. The name of the organization should reflect and indicate the nature of the activity and the organizational legal form. The name should be different from other similar structures and not violate intellectual property rights.

The charter should describe the direction of activity and the territory on which the action of society will be spread. The charter of a public organization contains conditions for the loss and acquisition of membership in the organization. The conditions for admission to the society can be recognition of the charter, age, consent to make membership payments, profession, membership of certain categories of citizens (disabled, veterans, etc.).

Citizens who are 16 years of age or older can join the CB, but if the statute provides, written consent of parents or guardians may also be granted to younger persons. Only persons who have reached adulthood can become heads and members of control and auditing bodies.

The charter of a public organization can include the duties and rights of its members, it should also describe the structure of the TOE, the status and competence of the incoming organizational structures, if their creation is provided for by the charter. A public organization can be holistic and do not have organizational structures in its composition. In case of need, structural subdivisions are created in the OO in the areas of work or on a territorial basis (regional, district, primary, etc.).

The charter of a public organization (model) includes terms of office, the procedure for the formation and competence of management, control and auditing bodies, as well as the procedure for appealing and making decisions. This document prescribes the procedure and sources of the formation of property, describes the bodies that can make decisions on the disposal, acquisition or disposal of property of the TOE.

The charter of the public organization contains the procedure for adding additions and amendments to this document, the liquidation or reorganization procedure, the legal address or the location of the governing body. The document may contain other provisions that relate to the activities and creation of the TOE, if they do not contradict or follow from the legislation of the country. All pages of both copies should be numbered, and the total number of sheets should be fixed on the last page and the seal should be set.
