They conquer with their centuries-old glaciers and peaks, completely cut by mountain rivers and impassable passes, the cleanest mountain air and comfortable climatic conditions. Here you can meet an unforgettable flora and fauna, many of whose representatives are very rare specimens on the planet and exist only in the Caucasus.

The Caucasus mountains are surrounded by legends and legends, telling about their origin. One of them says that in ancient times, when only the blue sky, steppe and several small mountains were in their place, an old man appeared at the top of one of them, who led the life of the hermit, eating only berries and spring water. Soon he was spotted by the Lord that he was very angry with the devil. He began to tempt and torment the elder. The hermit endured long enough, but then prayed to God for permission to punish the devil. Having received permission, the old man red-hotened the forceps and grabbed them by the nose of the offender. The devil literally howled with pain, beating his tail on the ground. An earthquake began, as a result of which the Caucasian mountains were formed. And where the blows of the tail destroyed the rocks, today there are gloomy gorges.

This very beautiful legend was written by none other than the great Alexander Dumas, who traveled the Caucasus in the fifties of the 19th century.

The Caucasian mountains are extraordinarily generous to the guests. Here, even the air itself is curative, because it is filled with the aromas of mountain medicinal herbs. Everywhere from the mountains, mineral springs are beaten, which are considered just a storehouse of microelements and nutrients. And that's why there is a sanatorium-resort zone here.
The soul just rests under the wing of a pristine nature, amid coniferous forests in high-mountain meadows and mysterious gorges, the purest waterfalls strike with splendor, and the streams with their crystal stream.
