Sometimes in a conversation you can hear: "I need to earn money, so I do not need any business plan of the company." Unfortunately, today many Russian businessmen think this way. However, this is a profound error.

The final part of the document should show the financial results that the entrepreneur expects to receive from his project in the future.

Business, engaged in the provision of construction services, is today one of the most dynamically developing sectors of the economy. That's why many entrepreneurs are trying to occupy a niche in this very promising market.

And in order to successfully overcome all the difficulties and pitfalls on their way, they need to think through a competent business plan of the construction firm, which will need to clearly indicate the profile of the activities carried out, a list of all those services that the organization intends to provide, characterize the market in General, submit production and financial plans, indicate all costs and revenues. It is very right to draw up a plan, based on the binding to the specifics of the region in which the company will operate in the future.

At present, the demand for legal services has grown, and so many qualified specialists open their offices, which, as a rule, bring a stable profit.

However, the success of the case depends not only on the rental of premises and the admission of employees. It is also important strategic planning, which implies a business plan of a law firm, which will include:
- a descriptive part with the specification of the services offered, the address, the mode of operation, the alleged social benefit;
- analysis of the existing market and expected competition;
- financial plan;
- a marketing plan that implies at least a small advertisement, including a sign;
- possible risks.

The optimal size that a company's business plan should have is 40-50 printed pages.
