Bulavinov Vadim Evgenievich was born in 1963. Place of birth is Gorky. The family lived modestly. At that time, my father worked at a machine-building plant where he was a steelmaker. The mother of the future politician worked at a children's factory. As a son of representatives of the working class, after finishing school the young man goes to GPTU No. 5. After graduating from it, he arranges to work at the Krasnoye Sormovo plant, where he gets a repairman's place in the assembly and welding shop.

In search of yourself

In 1982, Bulavinov was drafted into the army. Once in the tank troops, he was promoted to the rank of sergeant-major for two years. After returning from the emergency service, Vadim Yevgenyevich again works at the plant. But a year later he decided to leave the work of a locksmith and try himself in another field. Bulavinov becomes an employee of private security of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gorky region and simultaneously receives higher education at the All-Union Legal Correspondence Institute (Faculty of Law, Evening Department).

The pre-election campaign in the State Duma, which began in 1995, did not promise anything bad to Vadim Evgenievich. From his merits, he most often mentioned participation in activities aimed at financing the development and construction of ekranoplans. Also promised to do everything possible to allocate funds from the federal budget for the construction of the circus.

Becoming the owner of the television company "Seti-NN", Vadim Evgenievich was able to adapt the broadcasting of a very popular TV company to his own political goals. In elections to the State Duma in 1999, Bulavinov and Beklemishev switched places. Now Vadim Evgenevich took the leadership position, as a result, bypassing the competitor by 29 thousand votes. Being at that time on the deputy chair, he actively participated in the creation and functioning of the group "People's Deputy", where he was the first deputy chairman. He was also a member of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs. The mayor of Nizhny Novgorod

When the aircraft landed at Domodedovo airport, a high-ranking passenger could not leave it, because he was drunk and simply fell asleep. Members of the crew tried to wake the deputy, but without success. Therefore they called for the help of policemen who accompanied the awakened Bulavinov to the clinic. There he finally recovered, after some time he left the airport on his own and left home.
