Bubbles on fingers of hands.

Everyone knows perfectly how the skin of the hands should look normal. Often people notice any changes in the structure of their own skin, but they may not pay attention to it or write off everything for allergic reactions.

However, if you survey the entire population of the Earth, you can find out that every second, well, or third person, had specific eruptions in the form of small vesicles on the palms and feet.

Sometimes this is a pronounced change in the structure of the skin, but there may be single elements.

So what is this: bubbles on the fingers?

Undoubtedly, this situation requires consultation of a dermatovenereologist, who will conduct differential diagnostics between the elements.

In the classical form, the bubbles on the fingers are a manifestation of a dyshidrotic eczema. This disease has mainly a neuro-humoral nature and most often occurs after severe stress and experience.

As a result of damage to the nervous, immune or endocrine system, a failure occurs in the process of tissue regeneration. Due to what in the surface layers of the skin small cavities are formed, into which the liquid from the capillaries is secreted.

Dyshidrotic eczema can manifest itself not only on the fingers, but also on the plantar surfaces and on the back of the palms. In far-reaching cases, the rashes are quite extensive and spread almost all over the surface of the palms and feet.

Bubbles on hands transparent and firm to the touch. Sometimes they can open themselves and form ulcers and erosions. The contents of the vesicles can also be purulent if infection occurs.

An interesting fact is that bubbles on the fingers can have a linear stroke, along the small plexuses. This again proves the neural-reflex origin of this disease.

Patients with dyshidrotic eczema should limit contact with allergens and irritants. After all, they not only provoke the formation of new vesicles, but also contribute to the inflammation and dissection of already existing formations.

Eczema, in addition, may be allergic, so it is important not only to prevent contact with possible allergens, but also to determine this substance if possible.

Eczematous vesicles with clear contents do not cause itching and burning, but if an infection or a virus is attached to the process, or the bottle opens up and becomes inflamed, then the patients may be prone to itching and discomfort.

Bubbles on the fingers should be treated with a dermatologist.

Self-medication in this situation is absolutely contraindicated, and even dangerous. Independently the patient can only adjust the diet, work and rest - this is also important. It is necessary to limit the intake of table salt and products that cause water retention in the body (beer, salted fish, carbonated drinks and mineral water). It is recommended to eat more fresh fruits and vegetables (only for which there is no allergy). Porridge and broth should be included in the daily diet.

Patients with dyshidrotic eczema (manifested as bubbles on the fingers) need to be more in the fresh air, try not to worry and sleep at least 7 hours a day. It is useful to take baths with aromatic oils and herbs, as well as to swim in the sea and walk barefoot.

But the medicamental treatment will be described in detail by the attending doctor. According to the indications, sedative and hypnotics, antihistamine drugs, acupuncture and other types of physiotherapy can be prescribed. During the heat period, various baths and lotions can be used - they accelerate the regeneration of tissues, reduce inflammation, prevent infection.
