Any Bosch food processor of the new series can rub, chop, shred, grind meat, whisk, mix, knead. Models MUM54240 and MUM56340 are also equipped with a press for citrus. All units can be completed with various accessories.

Nozzles are changed using the new EasyArmLift technology. Now it happens twice as fast and easier, thanks to the multifunction lever.

German specialists paid special attention to safety. All fifth series harvesters are protected against voltage surges, reclosing, blocked if the nozzles are not properly attached. The fact that the docking is incorrect is signaled by the LEDs.

To make a choice between the three listed models is easy enough. The simplest design is 2131. It differs from the 4240 and 6340 models with power (700 watts), less speed (only four) and no press for squeezing citrus. The number of corners and cutting tips in the three specified models is the same.
