Lake fishing for a long time was not my hobby, because we Sozh, Dnepr, was born here, learning the wisdom of bream bottom fishing, giving many years of Nazhenic Gomel bolds. Normal tackle, worked out, but moving to the lake and settled on the lakes. Everything is fine, the feeder is much better than the bald! Why? I will express my opinion. This full-value feeder fishing implies a whole complex of fishing activities by a well-chosen tackle. It seems to me that it is not the taste of the bait, but its mechanics are in the first place! I was convinced of this, having learned to make the bait light and heavy, crumbly and viscous - depending on the depth and strength of the current. And the success of catching will be very near when the fisherman always knows if it's already empty the feeder or some part of the feed has not been washed. And it is not necessary to change the mechanical properties of food with the help of some additives ( bloodworm - larva of a mosquito , gum, etc.), it is often enough to work with water, moistening the lure to some extent. If everything is in order with the mechanics, the result will be good even if you apply inexpensive, simple complementary foods. And with the most excellent mixture - a full span, if with its mechanics puncture - viscous or vice versa too quickly washed out of the trough. In any case, even the cheapest domestic bait always works better than porridge. At one time I cooked excellent porridges from a mace, millet, peas with the secret aromas and I can compare. Having dealt with mechanics, I began to experiment with more expensive compounds, making sure that I myself will not make such a balanced feed on the composition of the ingredients. I took it for granted, further improving the catches. I started to participate in feeder competitions. It is very interesting to feel the ardor of the struggle, to fight with the metropolitan experts, to look at the novelties, what is going on in the fishing sport, who got what, what gear. And of course, how to feed the fish. In this case, different tactics are practiced - who is used to it or how the fish dictates. Today we are sitting on the dam of the Zaslavsky reservoir, a neighbor has a river "extravagan" - a powerful feeder rod. To catch him, of course, he is not going to, he will be making starting chickens large feeders. Another athlete with the same purpose in general laid out a powerful carp fishing rod, with which confidently throw very large feeders, the volume of which reaches 200-250 milliliters! Such a feeder can be a bucket of complementary food for fifteen minutes if desired. Or need. After all, there is not the same amount of food for all fishing conditions - somewhere you just need to feed the fish, and somewhere massively feed, otherwise the same bream will not do. Or catch up for a few minutes and leave the "greedy" angler. I prefer to do the starter zakrm the same rod, which I will catch, the same feeder. I just feed in a high tempo, somewhere in thirty seconds I throw at a distance of about 30 m. If it is supposed to put a dozen feeders at the fast pace, then I do it without a leash. With such fast-paced chops, there is practically no chance of bite, but there is a considerable probability that the leash will get entangled somewhere, get confused, and spend a lot of time on unraveling. A real feeder is an active catch with one (maximum two) rods. And not because it's cool, just an angler can control only one rod, then the result is happy. Most often prefer hard fast feeders, but I prefer soft ones - it is easier to bring a large fish on a thin leash, and casting gets farther away. Theoretically, with a soft rod, precision suffers, but by numerous training eliminated this drawback.

I love the feeder, but I also like the float. The fishing rod benefits from the feeder when the fish approaches the shores, and it almost always fits if it is properly fed with good feed.
