Causes of vibration on the brake pedal
This unpleasant phenomenon can arise for several reasons. In most cases, professionals note brake discs, brake drums. Less often (but also should not be excluded), air is detected in the lines of the brake system. Sometimes the reason is a badly worn out rubber, wheels with broken balancing. The curves of the wheel are also the vibration of the steering wheel during braking. Corrosion of brake pads
The car is made of metal, but the metal is corroded. Even if the car is stored in a warm garage, you do not need to think that it does not rust. If the car has stood for a long time, corrosion occurs in places where the pads touch the discs. In this case, during the first attempts to brake, the vibration of the brake pedal is clearly felt during braking. Sometimes this effect goes by itself. But most often the disc and pads have to be changed.
Substandard pads
In addition to corrosion, they may simply be substandard. Today it's easy to get married. And if the disks were not in very good condition, then the working layer on the shoe will be unevenly worn. On some pads, the friction lining crumbles in whole pieces. Vibration on the handlebar when braking occurs as a result of a loose fit of the pad to the disc.
Changing the geometry of the brake disc
This is another reason that leads to vibration on the brake pedal and on the steering wheel. It consists in a sharp cooling of the disk. Deformations in drum brakes

Hub as the cause of vibration during braking

However, if you get into the pit, the car will soon tear off the wheel or there will be a vibration on the steering wheel just when driving. It is not superfluous to check the hub bearing. If its wear is observed, then it is the main reason for the appearance of beats. For diagnostics, you have to subdivide the machine (hang out the wheel) and check its play - pozhatat from side to side. The play should be minimal, and the rotation should be without sounds and no hum.
Proper brake system and beating in the pedal
If the brake system is fully operational, and vibration during braking is still felt and thus it is not possible to detect any defective elements, then the problems are hidden in less obvious places.
It is recommended to carefully check the reliability of the body, suspension and braking system. Specialists from the SRT often find badly tightened bolts on the entire car. Especially this problem will be relevant if the machine is often operated on roads of poor quality.

Another infrequent reason for the occurrence of vibration during braking is an uneven force on the caliper. As a result, it jams. But it is very difficult to identify this problem independently - a visit to a specialized service station is necessary.

When the car is traveling at high speed, the parts of the brake system are subject to heat. It is possible that the disc and caliper are very hot, jammed and, as a result, at the speed at braking - vibration or even strong shaking.
