Arachidonic acid, benefit or harm to the human body

The main fatty acid in the human body is arachidonic acid, which is referred to as omega-6 fatty acids. In other words, it is the basic building material necessary for the synthesis of dienolic prostaglandins. Prostaglandins PGE and PGF2 are an indispensable part of protein metabolism in the musculature. They increase the blood flow in the muscles, the action of the local character of testosterone, sensitivity to insulin and IGF-1. Archidonic acid also acts as the main regulator of prostaglandin metabolism in the tissues of the musculature of the skeleton. It is she who is responsible for various biochemical changes that lead to hypertrophy of the musculature of a person. The main difference of archidonic acid among other nonsteroidal drugs is the direct acceptance of participation in metabolic processes.

Arachidonic acid, the formula of which consists of polyunsaturated fatty acids, quickly starts to work. After intensive training, when the fibers are damaged, it begins to act actively, and makes it clear, the common saying "no pain, no gain", which translates as "without pain there is no result". With the help of Archidonic acid, a number of cascade actions are triggered in the human body, which are associated with overcompensation of muscles.

Due to the fact that arachidonic acid increases the local content of testosterone in the body, and also increases the susceptibility to insulin and protein synthesis, it thereby contributes to a quick and better recovery of the body. Hence, we can conclude that arachidonic acid does not increase the level of anabolic properties of hormones, but rather supports them. It also increases receptor susceptibility.

Remember that the content of arachidonic acid in the body reduces regular exercise. In this regard, the less it is in the body, the more time and effort is needed to achieve certain results. To maintain the anabolic action of prostaglandins for seven to eight weeks, an average of 750-1000 milligrams of arachidonic acid should be taken daily.

If you do not eat eggs and meat products every day, or you are a vegetarian at all, your aide will be arachidonic acid. Sources of acid in foods are the liver, brain, meat and milk fat.

It should be noted that arachidonic acid is of considerable interest for athletes who use steroids, and for those athletes who are called "clean". Not so long ago, an experiment was conducted in which fifteen bodybuilders who did not use steroids took part, in fifty days their average gain in mass was almost four kilograms. In addition, after the use of arachidonic acid, there is no fast post-course weight loss, as after the use of steroids. Also, according to the clinical studies conducted on cholesterol level, as well as on the immune system, the daily intake of arachidonic acid at a dosage of 1.5-1.7 thousand milligrams had no effect.

However, this drug has its own negative aspects. People who have high blood pressure, cardiovascular failure, arthritis should refuse to take it.
