The injections with this medicine are also effective for the elimination of infectious diseases of the joints and bones, the treatment of cholangitis, peritonitis, cholecystitis and abscesses of the abdominal cavity.

Direct indications are also endocarditis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, borreliosis, sepsis and salmonellosis. In addition, this drug should be used to eliminate infections that have developed against the background of severe immunodeficiency, and also to prevent the development of obstetric-gynecological, urological and other infections after surgical interventions.

Prescribe this antimicrobial agent is strictly not recommended for patients with an allergic reaction to lidocaine or carbapenems. In case of individual intolerance to cephalosporins, it is also worth giving up therapy with the antibiotic "Cefabol". In addition, the list of strict contraindications includes a severe form of heart failure, bleeding and age of up to 2.5 years.
