Ancient Painting of European and Domestic Artists

Painting has always amazed people's imaginations, famous artists breathed souls into pictures, displaying emotions and feelings, conveying the surrounding atmosphere of what is happening. But who is the most talented Rembrandt, Van Gogh or Leonardo da Vinci? In fact, each of them has their own unique styles and some paintings are so original that many masters of the century imitate them. The thing is that the painting itself is very ancient art, it starts with the advent of civilization, along with a variety of culture and customs. The first drawings of painting were discovered even on the walls of the caves where the first people lived, these drawings depicted mostly animals and hunters. Later with the development of man, the masters of painting themselves made paints and selected materials, thereby becoming the pioneers and founders of this art direction.

The first paintings were about subjects of biblical or antique painting, the most popular works were murals (wall paintings) and icons. Not a little popular was portrait painting, in the future a little ousted icons. The art of painting has no chapel, since there is no chapel of human imagination: some artists depict bizarre mythological creatures, others paint historical battles, others reflect the beauty of the female body on the canvas. Although the master paints pictures about different subjects, they often use the same materials for robots, the most popular are watercolors, oil paints and pastels, but the colors of some artists keep the secret of their constituents to this day. It is also worth remembering our native masters, who were in the society of the artists of the Wanderers, who made a great contribution to the development of genre painting and landscapes. At that time, there was often a phenomenon of student exchange from the art academy, which positively affected the Russian culture of painting, enriching it with new styles of mostly Western masters. Not the last place in the culture of painting is occupied by Russian landscape painters, depicting forest landscapes, mountain views and seascapes. It is also worth noting that some of the most beautiful paintings of seascapes have works depicting ships in a storm and sea lunar landscapes. Many artists in order to work as an artist had to make portraits to order, they often portrayed family portraits, portraits of famous people and even portraits of animals. Some painters portrayed their spouses or relatives in their paintings, as well as their own self-portraits. Not a little attention to the master was given to the genre of nu - erotic pictures, often transferring to the canvas the blinding beauty of the female body. Painted paintings and animals in the genre of animalism, often depicting a horse, a dog, birds or farm animals, sometimes they were displayed close-up, and sometimes on a landscape background. Others displayed a non-living nature in the genre of still life, drawing flowers, berries, different fruits, and sometimes depicted a festive table close-up with different dishes. A very important part of the culture of art is the historical picture of the great battles, mainly they were depicted by the most famous and capable masters.

At the peak of the development of painting there were already many styles including: realism, romanticism, cubism, rococo, baroque and many others. In the end, many styles and genres were created, and all thanks to our talented artists who inspired new masterpieces with new and new fantasies. How different and old the genres would not be, but they are still being used, the frescoes and icons are painted in churches, the history is also flourishing, because the greatest battles and portraits of generals are captured in the pictures, and the old masterpieces still excite and fascinate our imagination. So let's remember and respect the masters of painting, because art makes us human.
