An eructation during pregnancy is an additional cause for concern?

Pregnancy is a long-awaited condition, which, nevertheless, can be accompanied by a number of unpleasant sensations (all depends on the female body). The most common heartburn, a feeling of overflow of the intestines, as well as eructations in pregnancy. The causes of such problems with digestion can be different: deviation from the necessary diet, chronic diseases of the stomach and intestines, as well as possible diseases of other organs.

Such unpleasant sensations are typical for expectant mothers: hormonal changes in the body, dysfunction of the vegetative system, increase in the size of the fetus leads to pressure on the internal organs of a woman, violating their functioning, are possible causes of eructations in the second trimester of pregnancy.

Eating of rotten eggs during pregnancy appears after the fourth month of pregnancy (its main cause is overeating). As a rule, it alternates with acidic eructation, which arises from the reception of fatty, fried or spicy food. This kind of feeling lasts a few minutes, can last two to three hours and periodically repeat.

Belching during pregnancy has several typical causes:

  • Deviation from the standard diet. In this case, the woman sharply and in large quantities begins to eat fatty, fried, spicy food, tangerines, lemons, sour fruits and berries, a large amount of sweet;
  • Long stay in the horizontal position of the body, as well as turning on the other side;
  • Low inclination of the body forward (when a woman wears shoes, puts on stockings or trousers);

There are several recommendations to avoid belching and heartburn:

  1. Eating during pregnancy will not torment, if you do not overeat. You need to eat often, in batches and balanced.
  2. Exclude from the diet all products that cause fermentation: beans, asparagus, cabbage.
  3. Eat only what is based on an alkaline environment: sour-milk and dairy products, lean boiled meat, sunflower and butter.
  4. Do not drink carbonated drinks: this harms not only you, causing a belch, but also your child. Therefore, they do not need to be consumed at all.
  5. Vegetables and fruits are recommended to eat only in cooked or baked form. Only in this case the acidity of the product is significantly reduced.
  6. It is important to take the correct position of the body (do not bend sharply, do not go to rest immediately after meals), so that there is no eructation during pregnancy. Also it is worth remembering that clothes should not be tight and narrow.

If the eructation does arise, it will help her stop herbal tea with melissa and mint.

  1. To "start" the stomach, you can drink about 100 g of broth or low-fat soup for half an hour before eating. This helps to produce gastric juice, and also helps to reduce gas formation in the stomach.
  2. Every day for two weeks you should drink 200-250 grams of boiled water with the addition of a few drops of mint essence. This is a natural method for preventing eructations. Although, like any remedy, requires a doctor's recommendation.
  3. You can chew a clove after eating for a few minutes. This is the simplest and safest tool.
  4. An eructation during pregnancy can be eliminated after drinking ginger tea. It's tasty, and useful.
  5. Some lovers of herbal teas recommend raspberry, mint, blackberry and chamomile collection. It is useful for the activation of digestive processes, as well as for the enrichment of the body with vitamins.

Walk, rest, eat properly and fully - then no illnesses will not prevent you from happily and trembling expect the baby to come into the world! Remember that your inner state is passed on to the child.
