Despite the fact that conservation can now be purchased in almost any supermarket, our skilled housewives still find the time and effort to close their favorite salads and vegetables with their own hands on their own or grandmother's recipe. And indeed, these blanks are much tastier than the shops, and they are prepared with love. However, no matter how the method and the prescription is prepared, the first place is always the tightness of the closure. It is thanks to this characteristic of the bank that it retains all the properties of the products and does not allow the workpiece to deteriorate. And on what does the tightness of the container depend? That's right, from the lid. And in order to be sure of the duration of storage of the workpiece, it is necessary to correctly use and choose the sealing machine, which we will talk about today.

What is the difference between an automatic and a classic?

The function of these devices always remains unchanged, and outwardly the differences are minimal. Unless the automatic machine has a different number of handles (there are 2, no more), simplicity and ease of operation. Efforts that need to be spent on twisting the lid are much less than those that are spent when using a mechanical tool.

Principle of operation

In order to qualitatively prepare the preservation, it is enough just to make one movement of the handles. The whole process of tightening the lid is done in a matter of seconds, which is the main advantage of this machine. The design features of this mechanism are the principle of action. The automatic slotting machine is a system of levers that interact with a rigid spring. By the way, in order to stop the jar, it's enough to make an effort in 2800 grams. To use mechanical it is necessary to spend much more effort, and sometimes nerves, for the same work (after all, the lid is not always twisted from the first time).

How to use the automatic machine?

Before you start to twist, you need to carefully sterilize the container and, of course, the lid itself. To achieve the desired result, simply hold them over a boiling pan with water for several minutes. Steam is the best remedy, which most effectively eliminates not only accumulated deposits and dust in the bank, but also all sorts of bacteria. After both parts are sterilized, it is necessary to put the lid on the container and install the sealing key on top. Then you need to press both hands simultaneously. The spring, which is located in the body of the grinding machine, squeezes the edges of the cover around the neck, thereby excluding the possibility of air ingress into it. Due to the special design of the rigid profiled sections, the forces are uniformly distributed over the surface of the rolled-up element.

At the same time, it should be noted that the automatic sealing machine ("Mashenka" including) excludes the risk of various deformations on the glass surface, which appear as chips and cracks, as happens when the mechanical key is twisted. This is facilitated by a special stopper, which serves as a kind of restrictor that does not allow the tin lid to twitch more than necessary for a tightly twisting of the preservation.
